Glad you were able to finally exit that business, Qone0. It's kind of an odd time to sell, but it sounds like you already shut down the business end last fall while still trying to tie off the building and other loose ends.

I always hated moving in and out in offices and buildings. Fortunately for me, I was usually in Asia when this stuff happened back home, so other people moved my stuff for me.
