It's interesting that you and many others see time as beginning some time in February 2022. So it was Russia's decision to squander whatever goodwill there was with former republics with the latest hot and ugly war.

The fact that you are unable to understand anything beforehand as causal is why you will probably cease to exist in an atomic bomb explosion. Maybe actual atomic bomb explosions, actually in USA or near USA aircraft carrier fleets will help Americans understand that while they binge-watch Amber and Johnny, with a bit of popcorn munching armchair fighting in Ukraine, other people are being killed and horrified for no good reason, caused by USA, and not by accident or Putin suddenly waking up one February morning with an absurd idea, but by decades of design.

It's the most insane thing I've seen in my life. And I've now been around for a lot of things. It's fascinating to see people like you and many others swallowing the propaganda hook line and sinker. Even though it's increasingly likely to end in your and their deaths in nuclear conflagration.

Russia had a choice -

1..... Surrender, and be attacked in Crimea, and have NATO/USA launching attacks from all of Ukraine as well as all the way up to Norway = Yank tanks to Murmansk. The Russia Russia Russia war-cry has been bellowed across USA for decades. Long after the USSR threat ended over a third of a century ago when Gorby gave up carnage as a state function and then when USSR was cancelled by Yeltsin and co.

2..... Or start the defence in Crimea in particular and eastern Ukraine and Ukraine in general.

Doing nothing wasn't an option, though Russia tried doing nearly nothing for 8 years since the 2014 coup. Doing nothing would have led to Russia out of Crimea. The carnage in eastern Ukraine was building. Attacks in Crimea were being prepared.

There might have been less damage by starting the war with a couple of atomic bombs, to set the tone and get people thinking seriously. I don't see how nuclear war is avoided because obdurate Americans and Zelensky gang, Klaus Schwab and co-conspirators don't have a listen/hear function or an off-switch. Going full Godwins Law, Hitler died in his bunker with Germany destroyed around him rather than change his mind.

Many people can't change their minds, despite direct impact with reality.

As Elon Musk says, they basically just have to die.

Looks as though that's where we are. The few survivors will restart humanity in niche places at the top of the Amazon, the outback of Australia, African hinterlands, Arctic igloos. Starvation and fights for survival might kill 10x as many as the actual nuclear war.

Nature has never been a particularly kindly place. It's only when civilized people with goodwill figure out how to get along with others that things get good.

At least the few survivors won't have to put with the CO2 blather, recycling sustainability, lbgtqwertyista gender dysphoria transgender celebrations, vegan orthorexic gluten intolerance and other Wokey absurdities.

There's a very simple good solution that could be adopted now, not tomorrow. No losers [other than the war profiteers and vicious types]. Crimea stays in Russia. Donetsk and Luhansk become small states like those Yugoslavian ones, England [after Brexit], Fiji, Samoa, Singapore, New Zealand etc [after independence from Great Britain]. Ukraine agrees to be neutral and not have USA military or NATO people setting up shop there.

It should have been agreed BEFORE the war. But better late than never. That's the only sensible solution.

I would add a UN constitutional conference to redesign the UN. But that could wait.

Then Russia and Euroserfs could get busy buying and selling and making life better instead of worse.

Or you can die in atomic bomb explosions and the hideous aftermath.

Your choice.
