Isn't it kind their ***job*** to consider unintended consequences?

Isn't the ability thinking of and anticipate unintended consequences what makes them "experts"?

Sheesh!

Otherwise I'm sure the guy I see on the street mumbling to himself could do just as fine a job once he know where all the buttons are?
