Stack (and I2),

When I2 introduced me to the rounded bottom formation, I found such success buying these that I have gained tremendous confidence in them and mow I tend to jump on them as soon as I feel that the price has made the up-turn.

I should say though that I only want to buy when we have the long term trend of the market going up which, in my opinion, we still have. I also like to see good quarterly earnings, but good quarterly earning is a relative thing. For an extremely low priced stock good earnings mean anything from only slightly negative (maybe only a few cents negative) to actually being positive, or earnings that have generally been increasing over the last few quarters but in this case I will allow for slightly more negative (but still just negative by a small amount. Of course, for these very low priced stocks, any amount of positive earnings is fantastic except for those that are progressively getting lower and lower.

For DGLY, I might be buying now if I think we have reached the bottom of this current down move in the general market.

You will have to decide if you want to play it this risky or wait for a more definite buy signal.

Happy Trades to You.
