Russia was an empire as was USSR, more so. But Russia is not an empire now. Eurostan is an empire, albeit tenuous. USA is the only empire worth the name now. China is trending, getting a bit belt and roady, taking Tibet, after Taiwan, nabbing Hong Kong, building island bases across the sea, signing up Solomon Islands, African suppliers.plenty more to go. I'd buy a Made in China Tradeable Citizenship at the right price. Mqurice
