Doesn't sound like you're being very careful with your questions :)

Some of our game deals are exclusives and some are not. We like to offer developers the widest possible choice for their audience. In general, we don't advocate exclusives although we have a few. We like exclusives to the "old" publishing model which seems a bit outdated. The more people that have access to online games, the better we will do. It is not really about cornering a small number of people for a few exclusive titles in our opinion.

I can't comment directly on the last paragraph. It's pretty loaded. The Mpath Foundation does have a number of proprierty technologies including all of the back end systems utilized in Mplayer (billing services, customer management system, inventory control system, demographic ad management system, etc). We also have a number of new offerings which should be available later this year,
