Selling invaders to the highest bidder seems a good idea, though UK has it back to front and is paying Rwanda to take them away. China might offer a good price because they are good at handling naughty people who break rules, such as shooting them in the back if they try to flee over the border, over the hills in Tibet I think it was. Israel is more direct and shoots mobbing invaders in the legs [causing a proportion of fatalities]. USA simply waves them through and gives them cyberphones, food, money, housing, medical treatment, and all mod cons, then citizenship.

My Tradable Citizenship is nothing to do with any of those. USA is closest though my system avoids all the paperwork and mess and delays. In my system, people would simply buy at auction a Tradable Citizenship personal property right. Hey presto, in they'd go with full rights and able to sell it at a profit if they change their mind and prices have gone up. Or pass it on as inheritance. Or put a lien on it to borrow money. Or lose it in whole or part if convicted of crimes.

I expect Rwanda will take up shipping Africans to a place near England, from where they can invade, be caught, then Rwanda would be paid to take them away again. Heck, Africans could get a permanent job being smuggled into England then recycled back to Rwanda ready to rinse, repeat.
