Arran, it's easy peasy.
1.... Phone Putin, tell him the war is over and you'll phone back in 10 minutes
2.... Phone Zelensky, tell him to stop fighting now or else.
3.... Phone Putin back and tell him all sanctions are cancelled
4.... Tell Putin that USA and NATO recognize Crimea as Russian
5.... Tell Putin that Donetsk and Luhansk are recognized as autonomous countries
6.... Tell UN Secretary General to arrange supervision of voting in Donetsk and Luhansk
7.... Tell Zelensky to hand back USA military equipment to be shipped back to USA
8.... Send Russia and Ukraine each $2 billion SDRs or USDs or Euros in appreciation for the truce
9.... Send Donetsk and Luhansk $1 billion each to get a bit set up
10.. Tell NATO that budgets are being cut by 30%. Invite Russia to join NATO.
11... Tell Ukrainians across Europe that it's safe to go home

15... Invite everyone to a golf tournament in Crimea [no weapons to be brought]
16... Tell Nuland to Get F*cked and fire her
17... Release all prisoners of war.
18... Open a UN reconstitution conference on-line [no stupid jamborees]. Circulate an open source Wikipedia style document until everyone is agreed that the new UN constitution is agreed. An iterative continuous voting process by anyone who's interested enough to propose edits to be voted on.
19... Have a nice cup of tea. Make that with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam. Vegan coeliac diabetics will have to arrange their own food.
20... More golf.

That would take the first couple of days to get done. Golf is time-consuming. The rest could be done first hour or two.
