Hi AJ,

Soy beans can be stored with a higher percentage of moisture vs corn, before they rot.

He has a huge sub level in the silo, that the beans sit on top of. During the cold of the winter he turns on huge fans that bring the cold air up into the beans which dry them out even better for the cost of electricity only.

His Dad was a very clever farmer.

Farmers make a lot of their own facilities.

Big ones have their own track hoes and construction equipment of sorts.
