I talked with some people this morning about Alanco. The concensus is that this sorry stock price is partially a result of this Peepers Reg S Banker who is pawning this stock off and bleeding us shareholders. It seems that he approached the company late last year to cut some sort of deal and the company told him to go away. Since then it appears that he has been slowly selling off his shares -- thus this may be the source of a lot of the selling pressure. Coupled with the fact that no one is buying, we are left with stock price near the all time low. The question is -- " How many shares did Peepers have, how much has he sold, and how much does he have left ?"

On the positive side, Alan is in negotiations for 2-3 more China deals which should be finalized within the first half of this year. There appears to be more activity and sales prospects for CDSI than I thought, and the Fry Guy revenues do not appear to be dropping off from the December levels -- which is a pleasant surprise.

Finally, it does not appear that a reverse split is even being considered by the company, as May 28 is the drop dead date -- which the company feels is enough time to boost the price above a buck. IMO -- they better start doing something quick cause its not that much time.

Just some random thoughts Id pass on in this time of sheer frustration. Still holdin out for the long term.
