With the 60 min MACD (12,26,9) well below the zero line. It will take a large move upward to get the extreme overdue 60-SC-2 confirmed. It will likely take at least 2 large 60 min Bull Cycles to get it confirmed. The SPX could climb to 4500 pretty quick.
