The story didn't change, you fool. On Sunday, Macron did indeed decline to take Brandon's call.

Even FOXNews reported it correctly, as the link provided by locogringo proved:

Newly re-elected French President Emmanuel Macron did not take a phone call from President Biden on Sunday night, leaving Biden to converse with Macron's staff and wait until the next day.
Locogringo also posted a link claiming that Zelensky got to speak to Macron that Sunday night.

Imagine that! Zelensky is now more important to the world than Brandon.
