Those book to bill sales would materialize if those purchase orders were paid for by the ones who advance ordered...

that would make sense...

How else could they claim the merchandise as theirs if it hasn't yet been paid for???

If I were a manufacturer and a company gave me a purchase order in advance for items not yet manufactured, I would most definitely have them pay in advance in order to verify their sincerity...

I know that Elon Musk did order enough semi conductors for one year in advance and he paid in full for that order to make sure no one else could claim it or bid it higher...
