Growing up we had a next door neighbor with 5-boys. The one who was a couple years older than me had a Nova similar to yours, only with gold paint. He was killed in 1978 when he wrapped it around a telephone pole after losing traction on a wet road. I think that was the first funeral I ever went to. It was strange seeing the brother who was my age start wearing his dead brother's clothing after the accident. Tragically, the brother who was my age almost died a couple years before that in a dirt bike accident.
