I am sure it was the Democrats that thought it up and fought for it.

All he did was sign it.

Republicans always try to hitch a ride on Democratic successes.

Just like they always like to claim Lincoln, or social security, or unemployment insurance, or The New Deal.

They are the party of Hoover, and Nixon was even worse than Hoover--a real sociopathic criminal.

Any good he ever did was by pure accident.

He sabotaged the Paris peace accords just so he could be elected, which caused the death and destruction of millions more over the next several years of the Viet Nam war!

The only Republican presidents as bad as Nixon were Bush and Trump and maybe Reagan.

He was bad to the bone. Judge Sirica said: I don't think Nixon is capable of telling the truth.

An attempt is already underway to revise history - to leave the impression that the former president had nothing to do with Watergate. But there is no doubt about his obstruction of justice after the Watergate break-in.

John J. Sirica
