US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin says that the US intends to weaken Russia so it can’t fight another war. In his latest press conference, Austin said that the US wants Russia “ completely defeated.”
This worries me. It fits the narrative that the Western strategy has always been to continue weakening Russia - “so it can’t fight another war”. And that NATO has been a tool of this strategy. Sounds straight out of Brzezinski’s playbook - which sounds like a handbook for US global domination.

Personally, I don’t care a bit over global domination. Nukes make the world multipolar, and it’s time to accept that.

When people like the SecDef openly spell this out, Russians would be mad to entrust themselves to their tender mercies.
