It’s not domination, it’s lack of tyranny under Dictators who seek war.

Instead of the Libyans as a model, why not look to South Korea, Germany and a dozen other countries, including Japan and Lithuania as an example? Those countries don’t seek invasion on their neighbors the way Russia does.

Nothing is static, Russians might revolt and get tired of seeing their young men die for Putin and other autocrats ambitions. One never knows.

In the meantime, helping to destroy their tanks and feel the cost of war more deeply, might dissuade the wanna be nuclear threatening leadership team led by the KGB agent.

Capturing and selling a bunch of the Oligarch assets might also help pay for weapons and recover infrastructure when it’s over.

In any event, experiencing the negative outcome for their misadventure, should be a priority.
