>>Bye the way how many shares of FTEL are you registered to sell??
I assume "bye" means "by", if so,
Please someone direct me to the new "Bureau of the People's Disclosure for What I Am Going To Do With My Money Next".
Last time I checked The USA was NOT a communist/socialist commonwealth, indeed, the market is perhaps the last bastion of Laissez Faire Capitalism, yes?
But then again, I could be wrong.
Suggestion # 1, in order to find the proper course of action, please follow these instructions:
Instruction # 1: answer the following questionnaire
One buys based on ONE's OWN decision: YES ? NO?
One sells based on ONE'S OWN decision: YES ? NO ?
One holds based on ONE'S OWN decision: YES ? NO ?
One makes decision based on ONE's OWN research, study, and analysis: YES ? NO ?
One is free to act upon ONE's OWN FREE WILL AND CAPABILITIES: YES ? NO ?
If ALL answers to above are YES, then act accordingly and stop whining.
If ANY of the above answers contains a NO answer, the problem is of a different nature, NOT the investment type.
Instruction # 2 Find the reason why one of the above answers contained a NO answer.
Instruction # 3 Find corrective action/behavior to achieve all YES answers.
example: if One bases decisions on research/study on some other: a) guru, b)astrologer, c)idiot, d)savior, e)mystical god, f)other.
Obviously problem lies here, One could utilize the OPINION of any of the above examples, however FINAL DECISION (i.e. push the sell/buy button, or do nothing), MUST rest in ONESELF, otherwise, One is liable to suffer from the following:
a). recrimination due to wrong decision made, "somebody's fault not mine". b). Idiotic reaction of engaging in "pissing" match, no one wins, everybody gets wet. c). inferiority complex because: "I can not get it right, all these people are wrong, the gurus are stealing my money. These market makers are evil beings sons of satan that are after my money, playing tricks with my brains. The planets are not correctly aligned. This idiot told me in his/her newsletter or web page that this stock was going to rocket to the moon. d)choose your own story..... and insert it here.
Instruction # 4, if the market is too hard, too volatile, too whatever, then get out and go play golf, or fly fish, or pick your nose.... but please stop whining.
Instruction # 5, If one is bent on participating in market, then hire a shrink to learn about yourself and your capabilities to participate in the greatest and largest chess game there ever was. The Stock Market.
Remember this:
When you make money in the market, somebody else lost those same dollars. Likewise, if you lost money in the market, somebody else gain the same dollars. The key is figuring out how to end on the "wining" side more times than on the losing side. (in number of times AND in volume of dollars, of course!).
Suggestion # 2: Read the following books
a). "Trading For A Living" by Dr. (a real one) Alexander Elder. ISBN 0-471-59224-2 Published by John Wiley & Sons.
b). "The Ayn Rand Lexicon" Objectivism from A to Z. it is a compilation of the philosophy of Ayn Rand, as in a dictionary. while NOT an investment book, it contains IMPORTANT CONCEPTS, that could be used in trading/investing. particularly the ability to execute YOUR OWN DECISIONS. Edited by Harry Binswanger. ISBN 0-452-01051-9 Published by Meridian.
As for your comment:
>>Let everyone know, OK.
Mr. Klimpl owes you, (or anyone else, for that matter), nothing to disclose anything about his financial decisions/affairs.
You are committing a stupid mistake by being mislead by the intellectual peasant of this board (and true idiotic moron in real life), and following just like a bull, this imbecile's waving red cape as in a bullfight.
Why? THINK! Mr. idiot, is attempting to put in the same level of # of shares the firm of Meyerson & Co. (with ownership of 500,000 shares plus), with that of Mr. Klimpl, (who according to the same document, ownership appears to be far less than the above figure).
Now, keep up with me now, do not get lost. What possible effect can have the sale (if indeed this will happen at all, since Mr. Klimpl has not yet disclose to us that he a WILL for sure sell), of his shares, as opposed to Meyerson's.
Had you done your research in proper fashion, you would be already aware of all these warrants, pp shares and the bogey man that lives in Westlake Village, whose sole intent is to separate YOUR money from your wallet, never mind all that technology or the Internet all that is bladerbla gibberish..... Surely, those Chinese phone calls are a diversion to the real conspiracy that is going on here. The Syracuse test, why! they are part of the plot.
In a few more days, we will find out that the Rutherford Institute and The Council for National Policy are part of this whole universal fraud, surely connected to Paula Jones and President Clinton.
Life is as complicated as you want to make it, if you do not feel that FTEL is performing as per your expectations, then SELL and move on, smell the flowers, play some golf, go fly fishing, or pick your nose....but please do not whine, particularly on account of the advise of some brainless fart.
By the way, what does duma$$ mean? (unless you wanted to write: dumb ass yes ? no ?) |
