Hi Bear, Well we were fortunate to be adding to after a top dated WAY BACK to February of 2021. A long wait and a brutal retrace to its 78% level of $25.28 which was marginally violated by the touch to $25.06 on 4/25. A classic and brutal decline which is totally in line with Cohu's historical tough treatment tyo shareholders. Cohu will grow and expand its footprint. It now is flush with enough cash to pay off its term loan ,and yet retains a lot more cash. I suspect there is a potential acquisition and it more than likely will be a bigger contactor maker. That sector of the business is stable and of the highest margins. Cohu is the only test handler that has a global footprint that offers consumable services. They'll wait till the market declines, if they have to. Cohu has made their best acquisitions in general market declines. Their cash will speaK loudly when the peak in the industry cycle confirms that the RETURN OF THE GOOD TIMES are a long way off in time. At that point ,a conglomerate corporation will take a licking, and not view the business as MONEY PIT for a long time. Cohu is well on their way to 1 billion in revenue and $4.00 a share EPS. A little Lam or Klac. The other play out there is Amat getting tired of losing revenue and they make a buy out offer with a BIG premium. It has to be with all that cash and 25% CAGR ! I've been dreaming ABOUT THA FOR 20 YEARS. So don't ho;d your breathe. <smile> Hold with confidence, we've got a long way to go! Bob
