I spoke to Rich @ I.R. today and he said the ruling should be anytime and
that's what they're waiting for. I asked him how many shares the insiders
held and he said not too many, but friends and insiders combined is about
10%. He said there were lots of options available though. I guess all we can
do is wait. The court papers were filed in B.C., although I don't know what
advantage or disadvantage that is.
If Inversora win this ruling it could prove very interesting for MMA share-
holders if all the paperwork and contracts are in order. Hmmm.
