Hi Jeff: Get out of CTIC ASAP. I know people who conducted the phase III trial and the word is that the drug causes significant headache(euphemism). Since the company is looking for "quality of life" endpoints in addition to survival, my take is that they will have a very tough time getting this one thru the FDA. I have seen so many Biotechs crash and burn that this one may follow suit. The down draft reflects a sentiment from the rumor mill that CTIC may be looking for a new lead drug real soon.
