It was definitely a rumor.

It was a rumor of multiple parties interested to perhaps buy SIMO, and discussions happening.

My guess is that was true, but who knows.

Interest to buy is not the same as a sale.

I do like the idea that that type of discussion is out there, with a possibility to resurface any day.
