But aren't we officially in a bear as of today? NASDAQ, NDX, R2K and SPX are all down over 20%. Only the DJI is holding out. Just asking since I haven't looked at charts, indicators or internals yet. He's saying in minor pullbacks we rally in week 5 but in a bear market we don't basically.
