If the MoT is part of the Homeland security, can’t tell how powerless they’ll be, and for how long.

Before long, they’ll have channels through which to refer people for investigations… and possible charges. Gen Flynn is an expert on what it costs to defend against wrongful accusations.

No, sir…. In the unlikely event that this becomes reality, the way to stay out of trouble is… practicing self censorship. Which, I suppose, is what they want.
