Ramesh, I didn't at all expect APCO to go this high today. I have the IL going up at a rate of a little more than 1/4 pt/wk. Last week it was at 7 9/16. I figured it would take APCO at least a week to take off putting the IL at 8 by then. 4 weeks of a nice climb would have had APCO meet the IL at 9 1/4 and with a final push of IL violation, 10 was the target. Now it seems APCO is ahead of itself. If it can just sit still for a little while and let the IL move up some... If not... Of course, this all depends on whether or not you are willing to ignore the IL. This is doable here since it's so early. The ACT will be at 7 tomorrow and is also moving up at a rate of about 1/4 pt/wk. Doug R
