Given the Fed’s reluctance to cause a market crash, my guess is that the Fed funds futures pricing 2 back to back 75 bp hikes may be way too much. The Fed will surprise on the easy side? If so, it should be evident from both action and/or guidance. Technicals appear set up for a bounce.
