Looks like Stanley Pons and Marty Fleischmann en.wikipedia.org cold fusion type technology. It's more of a physics demonstration than an electricity generator. The speaker invited donations to help with further research. I guess that's its main function. I think investing in my graviton spin reversal technology would be vastly more useful. I'm also working on a variation of cold fusion = not actually cold, but not the usual blasting together of hydrogen nuclei at a trillion miles an hour to overcome the repulsive force. What's needed is my patent pending probabilistic proton plasma proximity process = ppppppp. It's looking good. Please send money and get in on the ground floor, round one financing. I accept roubles.
