Does anyone have any idea how WAVO plans to track subscription rates?

Seems to me that this will be purely estimation as this is not a pay service. Will they have to pay a research firm to come up with ratings in order to know how much to charge advertizers?

Seems to me that WAVO could probably charge for WaveTop... or at least give a basic service free and then charge for a premium service.

Also, why on earth haven't WAVO gotten into to receiver card business or at least acquired one. WAVO's entire work over the past several years have created the necessity for TV receiver cards, why not benefit from the market they've created?

I think Hauppage stock trades below $3 -- it could be acquired easily.

Further, acquiring a TV receiver manufacturer would let WAVO grab back some lost revenue from any (new) competitors in the VBI market.

Just some thoughts...
