Edward Jones reached out to me a few weeks ago to hire me. Long story short, I ended up recommending that they fire their head of HR and hire a consulting firm to help them with user value experience and tact. I can always tell how good a firm really is based on how they run their noncore divisions. Everyone takes care of their core business. It's the other areas that really tell you about the firm.
