ITI Announces System Enhancements
San Diego, CA - February 9, 1998 - TSIS, OTC Bulletin Board: = Interactive Telesis Inc. (ITI) is pleased to announce that it has = developed two new interactive voice response (IVR) applications that = allow client companies more flexibility in communicating = cost-effectively with their customers and employees.
Both new and established clients are expressing interest in ITI's = "Dealer Locator" which, through the use of an 800 number, provides = callers with details of a company's nearest store location or = distribution outlet. This option can be enhanced by utilizing ITI's = call-transfer feature, enabling the caller with the push of a button to = be connected directly to the nearest store location.
The second enhancement to ITI's MarketREACH( system is internet message = replay. This option provides the same record and playback features = currently being provided to AT&T's Executive TeleConference Division but = the message is retrieved through the internet rather than the telephone. = Sound files, which are stored on ITI's server, are accessed seamlessly = via a link from the customer's web site.
AT&T is currently discussing a test of this service with several of = their larger teleconferencing clients.
The company's monthly revenues continue to grow. January billings = neared $115,000, and management is confident that combined revenue from = InvestorREACH(, MarketREACH will continue to increase monthly through = 1998.
Due to the recently announced changes in the reporting requirements for = Bulletin Board companies and ITI's improved financial position, the = company has begun the process of becoming "fully reporting." This step = is part of the company's strategy of positioning itself for listing on = NASDAQ's Small Cap Market by making it easier for brokers and investors = to access ITI's corporate information.
