Russia's time was long ago, probably ashamed that poor, post- Mao desperate China, decided to go the "Japan, S.Korea & Taiwan" route, like WTF happened. Russia did not have the benefit of Zhou Enlai & Deng Xiaoping. in the least, Russia has inadvertently consolidated/ probably will enlarge Nato. Biden is doing what he should be doing.. he has the leadership & the political balls whereas Trump was inept & stupid everything America exterior. it shakes out that Nato will be European stronger than ever... the U.S. probably focusing on E.Asia, China shit. the name of the game is China. Putin's long gaming table is better suited for the U.S. & China.
