Hello Mike, All investors should be careful when using technical analysis. The many books on the subject often provide nice charts, but often is based on hindsight. In real time it is a different story. If the systems really work all the authors who have contributed over the years would have not written about their techniques. There also is a lot of software with the common types of analysis on them. If the systems worked there would be a lot of people with extra money in the world. A system cannot predict in advance reliably, an event which may or may not occur in the future. So caution is advised. Even in analyzing Agate Bay some systems failed to pinpoint major turns in the price. Still others contend TA works, and maybe it does, but they will not share their secrets. I have no secrets and simply used what is common knowledge. It is difficult at the best of times to predict price movements. Some investors may find this helpful. For example: See what Kaiser says is a "buy" and find another independent analyst (newsletter, etc) who also recommends the stock. If can't pay for all the services, try "Investor's Digest" in the library. In all issues there is a page which condenses recommendations from numerous sources. Regarding the rollback, I don't know what is being planned. It would be nice to know the rollback ratio if such action in being contemplated. Kaiser probably is basing his decision on the facts thus far. Anything Jack Marr is planning now is not factored into Kaiser's analysis. Leonas Labenskas
