As you stated, manufacturing limitations at IDT are going to restrict the success of C6, like they did for Nexgen and Cyrix. Which brings me back to my original point on this thread- IDT/Centaur is ripe for a merger/takeover by someone with better fabs and an interest in the low end market. A C6 in .25u would be < 40mm2
