The NDX hit one of the targets Qon0 had on one of his charts posted today. I recall it was about 12,700. I think it was the 240-min. ARKK still has positive inflows for this year to date, which is astounding. I suspect most of it was from January. Today was the 1st of the month, seasonally a strong time, so tomorrow could give us a better idea of what's going on. I guess what I don't like about today's low is it was made with a whimper and not a bang like a big reversal. What are your tools telling you?
