A disgruntled Russian billionaire… between the West confiscating their assets and Putin stepping on their tails ...don't be cute....the guy is claiming a forced sale.......and his life in danger.......Putin steps on heads....not tails.....very believable because that is Putin to a T.................I think our administration is trying to develop some kind of legal theory to seize property........probably concocted and will backfire as most everything they do.....we will see soon enough.
