Genesis 2:7 says LIFE BEGINS at FIRST BREATH
Nice try, but that verse specifically referred to the breath of God bringing Adam to life.

It does NOT mean life begins when a baby is able to breathe on its own.

Either that, or everyone who is stuck on an inhaler, especially during the COVID pandemic, are not really living and should just be terminated at the convenience of their caretakers. You know, like unwanted babies.
