Tucker is a sensational liar, a twit, a snake oil salesman for Fox.
Regardless, what Tucker said is 100% correct.

The draft was leaked in order to intimidate the conservative justices into changing their minds.

This is indeed the very definition of mob justice. Rather than go through Congress, they'd rather bang on the doors of the Supreme Court and wail like banshees.
