Why doesn't Ohio or the RNC insist on a runoff, until there is majority candidate.

computers could do it. But I am trusting DJT, for the contest in place.
Ryan is at near 70% and Vance at 32.2% looks statistically weaker. A RV runoff until someone gets 50%, would give better data ahead of the November Election, and for the inevitable debate(s).
