As you said, "25% of Europe's oil comes from Russia". Losing that much will be pretty hard on their economies. (Here's where you say "War is hard on Ukraine's economy.") I'm pretty sure you would be upset with Bandon... who am I kidding? You'd be upset no matter what he does. I'm pretty sure you would be complaining about the even higher cost of everything if we lost 1/4 of our oil supply.
