Speaking of dried tomatoes, we had a little place out here in the boonies that made an amazing margarita pizza. I'd never heard of it but they messed one up so they gave us a slice while we were waiting for our usual. That was all we ever ordered after that. Of course the place shut down. That location has had 5 restaurants come and go over the last couple years. A few of them were really good but being a seasonal town with a small population that is frugal, they just can't get the volume. One of the first was a top chef from new York who's wife had a sick relative here she had to take care of. We had 5 star gourmet food until he passed away and they moved back.
