Hi Marshall,
TOWV does appear to be getting stronger, moved above its 50 day
moving average and seems to be staying there.

The earnings on RAIN aren't due out for a month or so so the shorts
like mr candlesticks can play. The short interest on RAIN is pretty high already but this represents buying power. Mr. Candlesticks must
be getting a little panicky to be working so hard.
