I've got some bacon, was planning to chop it up, crispen it up in the cast iron and then turn some/all of that lovely oil into a carbonara sauce. Oh, I even has some spare bacon oil stored in the freezer from my last carbonara adventure:)

Thank you for the green beans recipe. My daughter is keeping busy growing her little seedlings now. I'm about to go outside to help her bring those babies into the house.
