Mostly 3 minute but even 1 minute didn't seem to help. I already erased the lines on my charts for the day but it seemed like channels were only lasting 10 minutes. It takes a while to let it swing up and down 3-4 times to figure out the channel width so that only left enough time to get one or two trades in.
I guess I could have traded the bigger sideways channel but especially days like today, I'd be nervous holding a position that long. I started off this morning with a loss because I thought the overnight session channel would hold and we just dumped right off.
Actually, I think I did do a screenshot before I logged off. I'll go see if I can find it and post what I was using.
