We have a cast iron skillet, but not a cast iron dutch oven. Maybe I'll just use the stainless dutch oven. Would that work? My wife taught me the lemon/milk/buttermilk trick about 10-years ago. It works well! I will let you know how it turns out. Everyone is excited. I've never done it because we've been so health conscious.
