I know. Reagan wanted to prove to the world that the people who voted for him were the dumbest people on the planet. He could say "balance the budget" and never do it, Just like Trump said, "lock her up" and not lock her up. The party of dumb people isn't new. I with they'd stop pretending Trump turned them into idiots. They've been idiots for an entire generation. They're the generation that voted for fiscal conservatives who took us from less than $1 trillion of debt to over $30.
