Brumar, if I don't answer a question from you, it's not that I'm too "chickenshit" to do so. It's just that usually your questions are a complete waste of time.

This is no different.

First of all, why is this a defamation lawsuit instead of a criminal rape trial? If anything, she's trying to defame HIS character with unproven claims of sexual assault.

Second, I'm not a legal expert, but I do know that there are 5th amendment considerations when collecting DNA for evidence. AFAIK, you can't force Trump to submit a sample of his DNA for the purposes of self-incrimination. (Hard for me to believe that there aren't any legally-obtained samples of his DNA already out there, but whatever.)

Third, why does my answer to this question matter at all? I don't support Trump, and I wish that guy would fade away from politics. Let him fight his own legal battles for all I care.
