Kennedy on that day changed the entire nature of the process. You want to talk about "regular order" -- that was as much the end of it as any event you can point to. Probably the seminal event, actually. From that day forward, Court appointments have been filled with Democrat lies (just like Kennedy) and every appointment has more of them. From Clarence Thomas to Kavanah, at every appointment you have sunk to new lows. Shit. No sense of proportion my ass.
