Look at Blackrock in relation to real estate... They're going "all in" buying real estate at that top of the market... and have been paying premiums... above market prices... to take over real estate related businesses... focused on institutional rental and private market homes. Either they know something no one else does... or they're making a pretty bad mistake... ? It seems to be a part of thinking owning "real things" is suddenly important... which a lot of people would agree with... But, ??? Some of their choices now appear driven by being "woke" and not thinking clearly in result... perhaps not properly anticipating changes coming in terms of nature... extent... direction... implication... ? Seems like they're going long and paying a premium to buy Evergreen... right before the wheels came off...
