What do you DISAGREE with?

I've never been able to get that out of you, and the result is the perception that your complaints are shallow and even insignificant.

Again, that's not the point, not my point. Those things you listed, positive or negative, are small potatoes. They're like the size of the TV.

Once again, you don't acknowledge the paradigm shift. You are still trying to score by the old standards where programs are implemented in the midst of approval and disapproval. We increase or decrease welfare. We increase or decrease taxes. We engage our military overseas or we pull them back. Those are the things R's and D's used to haggle over and end up either doing something that accommodated both more or less or doing nothing. The size of the TV. Or deck chairs on the Titanic, if you prefer. IOW, not worth debating in the face of the fire or the sinking. None of those things is worth the time and energy to agree or disagree because they don't matter in the grand scheme of things.

It is your view that is "shallow and even insignificant".

Reducing black unemployment to the lowest levels in 50 years?

Even assuming for the sake of argument that Trump set out to do that, that he was instrumental in it happening, and that it wasn't just a continuation of the economy that he inherited, a lower unemployment rate is a transient, fleeting thing as well as a relative one. But to my point, it's also a potato or a TV or a deck chair, to rope all my mixed metaphors into a single sentence. Blacks are worse off, scorched by the accelerant Trump threw on the fire of the culture/political war.
