Breeze has a SPX weekly 50% fib at 3892 and a monthly 61.8% fib at 3855. Both 37 points apart.
The guy with the strange voice from Interactive Brokers this AM on CNBC said PEs need to drop to about 15 or 16 which I think they mentally calculated would be another 15%. I thought I heard him say 3500 which is the 50% Fib on this chart.

Looks like I'll have to recalculate the decline as we've gone below 15.8% for a new low.... again.
